My mum is normally a size 22-24 in normal pants. Would these be to big,and if so is there enough stretch in them for them to hold up?

They come in 12 packs I don’t think you can buy them separate I don’t know what size large would fit but I imagine it fits a size 16 hope this helps

Yes they are padded well. However, I have gone on to use Boots Stay Dry pants as they are cheaper and if you order online, you can get 6 packs for the price of 5.

Would they fit a uk size 30 please I do not want to waste money .

nnot say for sure, I am a size 26 and they are fairly loose on me but whether they would stretch to size 30 I have not idea. Have you measured around your buttocks. the widest part of you for your actual measurement. Sorry I cannot be more helpful.
