My favorite dock! I really wanted something with a Display port so I could use all my monitor inputs with different devices, and it works well. Sometimes I need to unplug it and try again for video to work but at that point I don’t know if the fault is the device, monitor or just display port being display port. It’s easy to use and fits my Steam Deck just fine. After I got a Killswitch case I had to use any adapter though.

This is the first dock I've seen that offers a display port. I actually have the previous JSAUX docking station that only came with an HDMI port but figured I might as well upgrade to a higher ethernet port and other display options. So far this works straight out of the box, was easy to setup, and comparing it between the two models, I'd say it's only about a two inch difference in length making it very portable. Hooked it up via display port to a monitor at work and voila it works. Now I can game during my lunch breaks at ease without having to squint at the tiny OLED screen. This is a definite worthwhile purchase if you want to be ready if some monitors or systems support DPs only.

Tengo el 7 en 1 con usb 3.2 la uso en una ROG ally al usar todos los puestos trabaja bien pero al rato usando discord y jugando falla el puerto de red Rj45 pero de resto funciona correcto los demás puertos.

Hands down, this accessory works like a charm. I bought this for my Legion Go and everything on this functions, even the ethernet port works. I connect a display port from the dock to my monitor and connect it to my Legion Go, tweak the display and game settings for optimal performance and this accessory delivers. I'm genuinely impressed. Give it a go!

I use this with my Steam Deck into a new HP Monitor. It works without issues half of the time but the other half, I have to restart my steam deck to get the monitor set up. My mouse and keyboard are fine but it does not like to connect to the monitor. I do not believe it's the monitor's fault, because I connect it with the same cord to my laptop without issues. Once it is set up and working, I do not have connection issues so at least that's nice. It's sleek. Has a good amount of plugs. I just wish it started up reliably.

Sometimes it doesn't output to hdmi. If this happens just unplug the power from the dock then replug it. This is the biggest downside of this dock. In every other way it has far fewer bugbears and small problems. Also it's way cheaper.

Basically it did not properly connect to the steamdeck. Specially DP port (the reason why I bought this model) took extremely troublesome troubleshooting to get it to work (hard resets, order of plug-in connectors, etc) ans even then it would randomly work. On top of that, the USB-C connector was faulty so it had to be connected backwards (bending the cable) into the deck for it to provide any charge/signal at all. - Customer support did not offer me any convenient solution besides returning the product... so here I am. Edit: Now I've noticed that its not just that the dock was charging only in one of the USB-C orientation, but rather the actual dock messed up one of the two charge channels (the orientations) of my steam deck, which worked totally fine up until now with my original charger. So I lost money even after ordering a return for this item as I now need to send my steamdeck for hardware repair... I would steer clear of this dock. Luckily I can still charge it connecting in one specific orientation... but such a bummer.

Stopped working after a month. The only port I can really confirm worked before none of it did was the HDMI. The DP didn’t work for me wasn’t sure if it was my tv or the cable or the dock though and the HDMI worked so it wasn’t a big deal. Only tried the usb ports recently for mouse and keyboard which only somewhat worked in very close range, all 3 of them. It’s not the mouse and keyboard because they work across my apartment with my PC. Now the HDMI isn’t working, it flickers BAD and is totally unusable now. Very sad because I loved couch gaming again for the month that it worked

A pesar de que esté dock originalmente fue pensado para la Steam Deck JSAUX (y nosotros como clientes) tuvimos suerte que la ROG Ally utiliza el puerto en un lugar similar y con dimensiones similares por lo que esté dock también es perfectamente compatible con la Ally, a pesar de ser un poco cara la recomiendo mucho ya que básicamente te permite convertir la consola a una PC de escritorio conectando monitores, teclado, ratón, discos duros, hasta ethernet para juegos en línea y descargas pesadas, muy recomendable, y con la última actualización de bios para la ally ya reconoce los 30w del cargador. Cómo peros le pondría que el cable USB queda justo, pero justo para la ally, funciona bien pero me gustaría que fuera un poco más largo en las revisiones posteriores. También la parte de goma donde se sostiene la consola por atrás se despegó un poco de una orilla, fue mi culpa y solo basto hacer algo de presión para que volviera a pegar, pero me gustaría que pusieran más pegamento en esas gomas para que duren más tiempo.

Everything just works. Plain and simple, can handle my 100watt charger easily and keeps the Ally running at peak efficiency, and it's so nice to have dual monitors hooked up to the ally. Only thing I've noticed is that if the usbc connector isn't plugged into the ally properly it can sometimes not be able to draw enough power the ally needs and can cause stuttering, but along as you have the connection on securely that won't happen. Besides that I'm super happy with this dock.
