How long does it last after opening and in the fridge?

I had it in my refrigerator at least 3 months! It’s delicious on grilled salmon, chicken. It sure elevates the flavor of the dish.

Well, it's mayonnaise, so you can probably figure it out from there. The info on the lid is in metric system - for 100g serving (which I think is somewhere between 5 and 6 tablespoons) - 745 calories, 82g fat, 1.3g protein, 0.86g salt and less than 0.5g of carbs.

does this need to be refrigerated immediately or just refrigerated after opening? This will be a gift & must be hidden (not in fridge) for a week

I have tried this recipe before with just regular mayo and it tasted good. I have now tried it with this mayo + truffle and it is much better. Yes, it sounds like a weird combination but came across this recipe from a friend's bbq at his house a few years ago. You can also make it with a toaster oven has same effect.

Love TH truffles on burgers but wonder, if amount of truffles in this is just 2%, is it better to make fresh mayo and add truffles to taste?

Fir my use I find it to be the perfect blend of mayo and truffle. A little goes a long way to impart a delish flavor. It’s great on turkey burgers too!
