I've been suffering from "tennis elbow" (despite not having played tennis this century) for 8 months now. I've tried various braces and bandages and its been a case of "its fine until I use it". I gave up and went to see a physio who recommended an exercise (while acknowledging that the exercise might not do any good as they're not all that sure how to deal with it beyond "give it time") and this thing. Have to say I was sceptical, but I ordered from the link he gave me and have used it ever since. Its early days, but so far I've been able to do most things (including go to the gym) and I've not been in agony the next day. The rowing machine did twinge a bit, but I got away with it I think. I was very unsure how "tightening a thin band 4" below where it hurts" would help, but it seems there is a science to it and it seems to be doing the job which is what I care about. I've given it 4 stars as its only been a week and I have had some pain during this time. Its more supportive than the other braces I've tried and it seems to be working and helping with the pain. I'll try to remember to update this in the future if it helps. I'm going to get back into exercising this week, so we shall see. Great that there's two in case I lose or break one (though they are very well made, so very unlikely to break). I'm not intending having two lots of tennis elbow!

I've got osteo-arthritis in both elbows and have used various tennis elbow supports in the past to help strengthen the arms during exercise. Previous rigid plastic supports have fallen apart, This product is great though, bought two pairs and still on the first even after heavy use. Easy to put on and wash. I have been diagnosed with Tennis Elbow, and my right elbow hurts a lot, particularly if I carry any weight in my right hand. My Physiotherapist recommended this item and I ordered it and wear it regularly. However, the design is such, that it you tighten the Brace Support on your arm, there are two parts of the tightening support that dig uncomfortably into your arm to the point that you have to keep on removing it regularly to ease the pain of the brace gripping your forearm

Great product so far and I was quite sceptical about purchasing this but it actually works and is actually alleviating my pain! So take my word for it and if you want to be pain free then this is for you! You actually get 2️⃣ in a pack which is even more of a bargain and just cost £10! Amazing product and price 👍

I developed tennis elbow from lifting weights and it was causing serious discomfort and hindering my fitness goals! I was encouraged by other reviews for these straps and they did not let me down. They seem much sturdier than others and the compression pad provides a good balance of pressure and comfort. They don't slip and have well and truly reduced 90% of the pain. I can do so much more now with these straps on!! An added bonus is that the package includes 2 straps - ideal for unfortunate people like me who developed tennis elbows in both arms!! I can't recommend these enough for people experiencing discomfort from tennis elbow! Great value for money.

When I saw this particular product on Amazon I checked the reviews, the price looked good, and the bonus was you get 2 braces for the price of one. My order was acknowledged within 2 days by way of an email confirmation from the company and a personal note in kind including additional information on how to use the product etc. (Receiving this additional info in advance of receipt of the product was very helpful as I could put the item into immediate action). I'm very happy I went with Zofore because of the quality of the product, the speediness of the delivery, because of the great customer service I received, and most importantly when I wear the brace and use my left arm I no longer feel pain. I've been suffering from tennis elbow pain and these braces worked! I wore it consistently everyday for about a week and I started to feel relieved and that I was finally healing. Now after a month I dont have nearly as much pain. Highly recommend. I wore them for long shifts so they are durable and fit comfortably.
