Does it kill fleas and eggs?

Kills everything and is safe around people and pets i used spray for and also purchased the powder with the use of a puffer bedbugs thank god it was just starting when we found in my son's room! I use the powder in attic and crawl space for ants spiders best product ever!

Will this kill roaches?

no just bed bugs and spiders i would go with raid and combat for a real roach killer those two are your best roach killers...jd

How do i use this item?

JT Eaton Kills comes ready to use as a sprayer is for use as a spot and crack and crevice treatment only. You should apply following the instructions on the product label for the best you are trying to treat for.

can i dilute this in carpet shampoo?

Diluting it will decrease the strength of the product. I would recommend spraying the carpet....fully....all over....letting it dry and THEN shampooing your carpet. I'm definitely not an expert, but that's my suggestion.
