Will these be good for camping lanterns, that are high drainage? thanks.

Yes. These are lighter, have higher capacity, operate at lower temperatures (-40°C), have higher peak output, more leakproof, and a much longer shelf life (up to 20years), than alkaline batteries. You must decide whether the extra cost justifies this. Have you thought of rechargeable batteries, possibly using a solar powered charger? You say the lanterns are high drainage;- are they LED? If they have a filament bulb, they'll use 8 times as many batteries as a LED equivalent, so replacing the lanterns should be your first move.

which is better Duracell ultra power or Energiser Ultimate for binoculars and cameras

I have used both types of battery for my camera and for my travel shaver (which I use every day). My impression is that the energiser ultimate lasts much longer than the Duracell (particularly noticeable with using the camera) but costs considerably more. I haven't worked out the economics of this scientifically but I believe the Energiser Ultimate would come out on top.

Which kind of battery charger do I need for this lithium batteries? Is there a special charger necessary?

These are standard batteries. You must NOT attempt to recharge them with a charger. Once they are depleted they must be disposed of to the manufacturers instructions. Rechargeable batteries will state so on the battery itself and on the pack.
