**Q: How do you do decline press? The barbell stand lowest position is ~50 inche, then How am I suppose to reach it?**
A: Place a plate or two at the base of the bench where your feet are and that should give enough leverage to do decline bench

The bench is very easy to assemble. Follow the instruction and only take the tools necessary. With 2 people working on it with moderate skills, it was completed in 3 hours. The bench is sturdy and bar holder is good as well. It really give you a very good motivation when you have completed the assembly. Good enough to start working out. Biceps assist, bench press, leg workout etc. everything could be done. It’s surely a necessity for the gym from home.
