A few years going strong living a healthy lifestyle, which includes a healthy diet and exercise. However, I still often get hemorrhoids and constitution. For about three weeks I’ve started taking fiber pills regularly and increasing my water intake. Once in a while I’ll go for a hydro colon therapy session, but decided to try this tea. The taste is not bad with a little honey or monk fruit sugar. I drank a cup the night before and the following day my tummy was churning. Not so bad that I thought I would have an accident. When I sat on the toilet my bowls moved and there was solid stool. There was no constipation, and I could tell there was lubricant on my colon for my bowls to move with ease. My scale showed a 5 pound weight loss, and I have bloat relief.

Listen. This stuff works great. I just wasn't prepared for what was to follow after one cup of this tea. It tasted just like any other cup of tea. The package says to drink one cup after every meal. So, I did. I shouldn't have. I believe I lost every single ounce of water that my body contained. Does it work? Yes, yes it works. Will you be prepared? No. No you will not be. Not even after having read my review. You have been warned. It's not like a stool softener, it's MUCH more intense. Lock that bathroom door and pray because that's all you can do.

I boiled water and then placed the tea bag in my mug and poured the boiling water in. I let the bag sit for 5 minutes, per instructions on the box, then pulled the bag out and let the tea cool down. This was at 10am. Nothing happened at all until a half hour ago (8pm). I have no cramping at all, just the feeling that I'd have to "go" soon. I sat on the toilet and 4 waves of diarrhea came roaring out. I was disappointed because I was hoping to have solid poops the first few times to really feel like I was clearing out. The diarrhea I had felt like my body just threw together whatever to evacuate. I will say though there was a piece of spinach in my poop. I had a spinach salad a week ago. So it is getting rid of things backed up in there. Only gave it 4 stars because it took 10 hours to work, and it feels like that's gonna be the only time I go. And my bumhole burns right now from the diarrhea. Which never happens so I gotta put it down to this tea.
