How come I can only change the code one the right hand lock?

I found it a bit tricky to set the code and had to remove some of black material at the back of the locks. There was a small hole behind each of the locks which was supposed to give access to the lever for setting the code but I found this hole to be much too small. Having exposed the lever I followed the instructions as supplied and successfully set the two codes. I then repaired the backs of the locks with black duct tape. By the way, the instructions were in very tiny print which I found I had to magnify before use. In Step 1 you are told that when you open the case you will see the change lever extending from the body of the lock. I didn't see the change lever until I removed some of the black material behind the lock. I don't know if this is in any way helpful.

How do you unlock it?

The briefcase has two combination locks. One either side of the case. The correct combination number that is set will unlock the combination setting. As standard the briefcase is set to "000" on both combination dials when it is new.

Sorry but you have to open the case to reset code. Have he’d a go at 000.

Can it fit a 15.6 inch laptop?

The internal dimensions of the attache case are 43 x 30 x 7.5cm. We suggest that you check the size of your laptop to ensure it will fit inside correctly. Note there is no padded protection inside the attache case. We suggest that you place a laptop into a sleeve of somesort, but please check dimensions including the sleeve to ensure it will fit into the briefcase compartment size of 43 x 30 x 7.5cm.
