No but there were 4 small brackets and screws supplied with the fitting so you could possibly fix one on each corner to enable fixing chains to it, hope this helps. This fitting gives out excellent all round even bright light, instant start!

Can the light be used as a ceiling fixture in a bathroom? the description says in the home, but as it is led i assume it is ok for rooms with steam?

This unit is intended for a suspended ceiling in an office or factory...it is intended to replace a panel in such a ceiling and as such comes with no fixings for a domestic situation...I learned the hard way and had to pay the return postage. There are others available for bathrooms...just take care.

How does this plug in? and how would I mount this to a wall?

It has to be wired in by an electrician with 1.5 twin lighting cable to a certain standard. The panel has a plug on the back into which the separate low voltage "transformer" plugs in, the wiring to the transformer has, by law, to be done by a qualified electrician who will provide a certificate of compliance. You are breaking the law if you don't get it done properly. You will need this certificate if you sell the building, or, if there was a fire or accident, to provide for the insurance company if you wish to claim. Get several quotes from a rated tradesman website or similar.
