Nothing provided for marking out court. Poles are good, net doesn't last long. Still using the poles with a new net.

Yes. I believe that the height can be adjusted so you could set it lower for children to play in the garden. Note that it is not super sturdy like a professional net and would not take the beating if people are playing hard and smashing continuously into the net.
