Nouveau One Line a Day: A Five-Year Memory Book

I love this journal! It's helping me get back into journaling.

I got the Nouveau One Line a Day journal for a coworker who’s heading off to medical school, and I couldn’t be happier with it! The design is really cute and inviting, and I think it’s the perfect gift for anyone going through a big life change but doesn’t have a lot of time to commit to journaling. Just a single line each day makes it super manageable, and it’s a wonderful way to capture memories and reflect over five years. I’m sure it’ll become a cherished keepsake as they navigate this exciting new chapter. Highly recommend for thoughtful, practical gifting!

Cute and super easy to use

Cute but arrived damaged. I was wary when buying this because I saw a lot of other people's came damaged as well.

This is a good quality small sized 5 year journal. It works well for fitting in a couple of sentences each day. It’s a small enough size, that it works well for fitting in a bag when you travel too.

This is the most adorable journal 🥹 Some things to note: it’s really tiny- which I appreciate. Enough to write a few sentences each day if you write small. The cover is like a soft hardcover. The design throughout the whole book is absolutely gorgeous. So excited to use this!!

This is my third “One Line a Day” journal, and they are perfect for jotting down the simple facts of the day, like Weather, Work, Activities. I can now look back over more than a decade of my own history, and as the format is only a few lines, it is quick and easy to do. Also the stylish cover on this one I like the best of all I’ve had, and makes it a pleasure to use.

I bought this as a gift for my friend last year while she was going through a hard time, and she loves it. It's been a great way for her to check in with herself every day without being too mentally taxing of a task, and she's already looking back at old entries and seeing how far she's come. It's also a really beautiful little book.
