Excellent low carb sweetener for cocktails.
It is extremely thick. I recommend following their advise on how much to use. “A little goes a long way”! This comes with a pump, which makes it easy to “measure” out how much you’re using. Unfortunately, my pump was broken during shipping, so I’m measuring out the old fashioned way while I look for another pump that will fit this bottle. I’m not going to hold a star off for the pump, as I blame that on the carrier.

Gentle Sweetness. Little Added Flavor.
It is nice and sweet and doesn’t add much flavor to whatever it is you are sweetening. It does have a bit of a diet flavor to it that I don’t see in ambers.
