Incredible Customer Service
I have numerous health issues that I’m working through with a gastroenterologist. We knew it was a risk adding a probiotic so he recommended smidge since you can do a tiny dose. I did not react well to it but it was NOT because of the quality. The ingredients, ease of use (little spoon), etc were perfect. The price seems high but you’re literally only taking the tiniest dose so it lasts a long time. Since I didn’t react well (my body; not the products fault), I reached out to Smidge. They were SO KIND and are actually refunding me for the product since I’m unable to use it. I am seriously so impressed. My husband takes other products of theirs and he highly recommends them for the product and I highly recommend them for their customer service! Also, the flare of my symptoms only lasted 24 hours so I do not regret trying these. If you are sensitive, I totally recommend trying. From our experience, they are a brand with great integrity.

Terrible Seller. Buyer Beware!
Be cautious when purchasing from this seller. If your bottle arrives with a compromised seal, don’t assume you’ll receive a refund. I’ve been trying for over a month, including multiple calls to Amazon, without success. The inner safety seal on my bottle was already compromised. The seller told me this can happen because the seal sometimes sticks to the lid. If that’s true, it points to a manufacturing or packaging issue that should be addressed, as a compromised safety seal defeats its purpose and raises concerns about product integrity.

Crankiness
I love the idea of these, but they make my child cranky. If I take them, they make me cranky too. I don’t think it’s specific to this probiotic as other probiotics have had the same issue. We are probably just sensitive genetically. Back to sauerkraut for me.
