**Q: can this be used on wood cabinets?**
A: I have not used it on my kitchen cabinets; however, I have used it several times cleaning the wood beams on my back porch.  They are painted white.  And I have used it to clean my back deck, so I assume it will work on cabinets.  You just have to dilute it correctly.
