That includes Β€100 bottle I purchased while in Italy. You may want to be frugal with your usage until you know you can tolerate any amount of sugar which may be present. I highly recommend this product for flavor and consistency. **Q: What's the specific gravity / density?** A: It is thick. I think it seems and feels like a reduction. But the bottle does not say it I do not think> if it is condensed then a little too much sugar for my taste.
