Can this be used for other button makers other than pram?

Yes. I’ve bought other (cheaper) brands but with varying success as they’re sometimes not as sturdy as Prym. But as the buttons are standard sizes you can use it on other brands.

Can I use this to make leather buttons?

If you use thick or stiff leather I don't think you would get it around the button as well. If it's soft and thin might be able to manage it.

This will only work on 11mm, 15mm, 19mm 23mm & 29mm buttons.

what are the 5 button sizes? Are they 11/15/18/22/29 as for the other brand on sale here? I don't understand how it can be 'universal'. Thank you.

The sizes are: 11,15,19,23 and 29mm. It is simple to use and you get excellent results. Wish I'd bought one years ago.
