I had this recommended, but they described a set that included a "how to" pamphlet. Is this it?

Can I use it with liquid silicone rubber? Would it hold well? If not do you have one for that purpose?

I don't know. I never tried it with silicone rubber. I would suggest that if you try it that you have a can of Fixative to spray over the paint when it dies. That might help.

Can I use these to paint my Marvel Legends figures ???

Absolutely. I recommend giving the marvel figures in a good soap bath, rinsed well, and primed with a good spray. I use vallejo primer and airbrush it on. The paints are fantastic and give a range of choices for flesh tones but they are a very basic set. Your success with them will be dependent on your skill level in painting and what you are trying to accomplish..
