Review: Does what it says on the tin. - I use this proving basket with a 500g flour mix and it fits perfectly. The little brush is ideal for working flour into the cloth or the ridges in the basket itself - the fork isn't much use though. I find it works better with the cloth as, even when I've liberally doused the 'naked' basket with rice flour, the mixture still seems to stick somewhere. Basket is strong and sturdy, I happily recommend.
