Is this brand tested on animals?

Their products are sold in mainland China where animal testing is required by law so Garnier as a whole is not cruelty free but not sure about this specific product. However I think if it was not tested on animals it would be made clear on the bottle. I was not aware of this so will not be buying their products again.
