Same thing happened to me. I contacted Amazon via chat and I told them my bottle had leaked even with the seal and they refunded me my $.

This stuff is amazing!!! The stain treater will pull out dried berry stains from last week that I didn't notice... Even AFTER the item having been washed and dried with the stains on it. Not the best choice for grease stains but works well for pretty much everything else! Marker stains are gone too!
