Omg, this is AMAZING! I'm a natural red head (muddy red), so over the years have added red and blonde to my hair to 'lift' it. I decided to embrace my natural colour, but used some semipermanent blonde colours to help the transition. I then decided to just try tinted red shampoo ( great result), then bought a tinted conditioner too. BIG mistake. It's like permanent dye and I looked like Ronald McDonald's sister!! I found this and after just one wash (shampoo only, my own normal conditioner), all the awful red has gone!!! I'm absolutely thrilled. I wish I'd taken photos. ( No point doing an after photo without a before). Absolutely wonderful 😀

Honestly I never write reviews , but this stuff is amazing !! I’m trying to go lighter , after being my natural dark brunette for years - had it bleached slowly , and am now patiently waiting to go back for the next step in the process - my hair was really orangey and this calmed it down so much , it’s not fully ashy , but it’s made a massive difference in just one use, way more than I expected! AND left my hair soft which was completely unexpected

Great shampoo and conditioner I use only these in blue. I have my highlights in blonde these shampoo and conditioner stops them from going yellow, works on blonde hair as well. I only use these products im well impressed.

After using for a few weeks there is a definite difference in my hair! Though you do have to be patient and follow instructions, i.e really pile on the shampoo and leave on for 5 minutes then rinse out. I do it once a week. It has truly gotten rid of the brassiness in my lightened brunette hair and now its got a nice cool blondey brown tone :) Very pleased and shall continue using it!

This product is absolutely amazing! Originally though when I ordered it from Amazon they did give me the wrong item so I got it refunded and brought it again from boots. I was skeptical as it had some mixed reviews but by far the most reviews over the John freida one. This product really is it. I have had a balyage for the first time and did not even know what brassyness was until a friend had told me. My hair was so brassy and one wash with this completely transformed my hair!! It pairs so well w the conditioner and do not dry hair out at all which I know is a real con for the John frieda one. I will buy the 1 litre bottle going forward!! Please note my curls look different in the pics only because the brassy picture I wore curl cream and the other picture I did not. The shampoo does not affect anything to do with the hair apart from the brassyness. This review also applies to the conditioner

Not happy. The first order was incorrect, and it says no returns. I bought a second order and it wasn’t worth the wait!! The blue is supposed to counteract the orange / gold tones. I can see a tiny difference but nothing like the difference that’s being advertised!! I’d like my money back for both orders. My hair looks worse than before.

ok but took a while

Worked very well to tone down the orange brassy look of my lightened hair. I used this along side the conditioner and felt that they were both effective. I only use it when needed and not as my usual shampoo and conditioner. I was wondering if it would stain the shower curtain, but it didn't thankfully. I think that the conditioner is what really makes the bigger difference as it seems to deposit more of the blue onto the hair. I recommend this.
