I gives me quick relief from pain in my groin, and is great 👍 for when I play golf ⛳️, and also I get relief from my hip, great value for the money also it does not slip down

No support at all

The product is useful. I’ve been dealing with sciatica in my left leg, which makes daily activities difficult. This belt doesn’t eliminate the pain completely, but it reduces it enough to function for about 4–5 hours at a time. After extended use, the fit loosens and needs readjustment to stay effective. If you wear it all day without adjusting, the support drops and the relief isn’t as strong. In short, it does what it’s supposed to do, but it requires occasional repositioning to maintain results.

I'm not going say a miracle cure, but this piece of kit has made such a difference to my everyday pain diminneh by 80%,,i put some ibropenh gel on, put the support on & good to go.

I want to start off by saying I NEVER leave reviews however this device changed my life. As someone who periodically deals with sciatic (lower back pain that runs down my left leg) this device saved me from 3-4 months worth of pain and grief. Just to give you some context - I pulled my sciatic when I was younger about 15 years ago. It has been something that I’ve dealt with on and off ever since, however anyone with sciatic knows one wrong move, and you can have a flair up that literally will last 3-4 months. Long story short I was squatting and of course had a flair up to the point I couldn’t bend over to put my socks on. I purchased this device on a whim, and I was blown away how quickly I was able correct it. I personally would run it UNDERNEATH my boxers, wear it all day, and even slept with it on. The key is to try and get it as TIGHT as possible. Within 5 days I was able to take it off and be back In the gym. Pretty remarkable considering this has been the fastest turn around I’ve ever had due to this nagging injury that comes and goes. Highly recommend it is a game changer.
