Fantastic coffee maker. We like Ninja products and have several. This one is our third Ninja coffee maker. They always make great coffee. We grind our own beans then utilize the Ninja to producs a rich pot of Jo every time. This machine is especially great because it has CAPACITY - and it is a quality item. I mean 10 cups of coffee in this machine is equivalent to 12 cups in others. And it can make 14 whopping cups, which I want for several reasons like to feed the crowd or to have available for all day enjoyment. Actually, it has a compact and lithe footprint on my counter - much smaller than other models. It has a 4 hours warming plate, which is a must for me. It is a sturdy machine, easy to use, and it pours perfectly. The glass carafe is large put feels very well made and is easy to handle, even with my petite hands. The carafe insert fits easily into the wide mouth glass carafe, and it will pour coffee excellently. I think some of the other reviews are pertaining to older or different models. I would say there are a few nit picky things I would say could be improved upon. Like that the coffee scoop integration into the water reservoir lid is awkward and the design makes it hard to get the scoop out. It can be a bit fussy with the coffee grounds basket area needing to be clicked into place pretty perfectly or dripping/overflow may occur. I have had some dripping but no overflow issues. This seems minor. Also, the machine has a timer for coffee freshness, which seems useless to me. Of final thought, I wish you could do one cup at a time with this machine, but I knew it wasn't a feature on this when I purchased it to be fair. I suspect it will last a long time as my daily workhorse and perform exceptionally well. Oh, and the copper color is sharp looking. Great purchase!

Very good coffee maker. The removable water reservoir is a blessing, especially if the maker is beneath the overhead cabinets. Access to coffee fill is up front and easily accessible also. This coffee maker seems to be well thought out and functions very well. I would recommend it.

Great coffee maker! The capacity is perfect for our household, brews pretty fast and we like the option for rich or normal brew. Reading other reviews, I was afraid of the carafe pot, but we have no issues with it whatsoever. Another plus, in comparison to other coffeemakers we had (and we had several!), this one holds the coffee hot! Programming is straightforward and self-cleaning option is also a plus. The fact that I can remove water container to fill and clean, is a huge plus to us as well. Also, it is esthetically pleasing and I just love the bronze color!!! If you are a coffee drinker, you will notice/taste the difference in between the options of rich and normal. Happy with choice and purchase!

I just got this and haven't used it yet. I was looking for the chrome ninja maker with the side tank because my mom has it. She loves hers, and I loved the removable tank. I love that you can wash it easily, and that you can take the thing to fill it up with water instead of trying to pour water into one and inevitably making a mess on the counter. I saw this copper option and ordered it hoping the tank was also removable, so I came here to say that it is!!! It also comes with a reusable cone filter, which is really nice! There is a measuring scoop for coffee that pops into the top of the water tank. The color is more muted copper/ rose gold which I think is pretty, and the whole thing looks very good on my counter. I think it's the nicest looking coffee maker I've owned so far. It was easy to set up and program too. Update: 7 months later and I still absolutely love this coffee maker. I love the self cleaning function, I'll pour vinegar into the tank and run the clean cycle then use the hot vinegar to clean other things in my house. The timer has been easy to use and works every time. I love that I can turn off the hot plate. I love that I can brew stronger pots of coffee and small batches. This has every function that I wanted. Can't recommend it enough.

I purchased this coffee pot in April 2024 (it is now August 2025) when my ancient Mr. Coffee coffee maker finally keeled over. I decided to go with this coffee maker because Ninja is a great brand, and it was one of the only coffee makers I could find in copper to match my kitchen! Overall, I appreciate the thoughtful, intelligent design of this coffee pot and it makes pretty good coffee. However it isn't without some minor flaws that can't be overlooked considering the higher than average price point: CONS: -The Drip Stop function doesn't work well. If you're impatient like me and want to pour your first cup before the brewing cycle is complete, it will continue to drip coffee onto the hot plate when you pull the pot out. I don't brew a full pot, usually about half so for me personally this isn't a big deal. But this is a basic function that my old Mr. Coffee pulled off flawlessly, so it's definitely an issue with the Ninja. -The coffee doesn't come out as hot as I'd like. I like my coffee to still be hot even after I add a little milk. If it sits on the hot plate for about 10 minutes, it does get nice and hot. As a work around, I set the delay brew a little earlier so it has time to sit on the hot plate and heat up. But I'd prefer it to be hotter when it's fresh brewed. -The carafe doesn't have measurement markings on it at all. No problem for me personally but it's definitely unusual. -It beeps quite loud when it's done brewing and when it shuts off automatically. This is kind of an issue with the delay brew, because it beeps loudly 5 times when the brewing cycle is complete, and I'm the first one up in the morning. I worry that the beeping will disturb my partner sleeping. PROS: -Removable Water Tank! This is great. I love this feature. It's one of those things that you never knew you wanted until you got it! -It's dishwasher safe! Huge plus for me as someone who HATES doing dishes by hand. I put the carafe and filter through the dishwasher and they come out good as new! -The overall design of this coffee maker is thoughtful and really aesthetically satisfying. I love the look of this coffee maker. I really appreciate the small details, for example it comes with a perfect little measuring scoop that has it's own slot at the top of the water tank. It's so convenient and I don't have to have a coffee dusted spoon laying around on the counter. -Delay brew! Omg this is great. I love that I can set this up every night and pretend that my coffee magically makes itself every morning. Plus I love waking up to the smell of coffee! Another reviewer said that this coffee pot didn't "produce a coffee smell" which is absolutely absurd. My kitchen is downstairs and on the opposite side of the house as our bedroom, yet I can still smell the coffee brewing ALLLLL the way upstairs. -It produces a good tasting cup of coffee! Which is the most important thing :)

Don't waste you money or time on buying this piece of JUNK! If I could give this coffee maker a zero rating , I would! It looks really nice but after 10 days of daily use, it began to LEAK BIG TIME! By the way, we are a household of two that drink a total of 6 cups of coffee daily. I returned the coffemaker and they sent me a replacement. The replacement coffee maker began to LEAK as well just after just 30 days! So, I called Ninja directly and told them the problem. Ninja sold me a replacement water container for $35 plus shipping. It's been about 6 months now and the darn repalcement water container is LEAKING BIG TIME! I am tired of cleaning up the water off the floor and wiping down the counter and kitchen cabinets every time we use our coffee maker!!! Obviously, Ninja's got a MANUFACTURING ISSUE with DEFECTIVE WATER CONTAINERS. This coffee maker is going in the TRASH!

I just love the ninja coffee maker I actually bought 2! This coffee maker is top test for quality coffee. Its ability to make 14 cups sets it apart from the rest. The easy removable water tank makes filling the reservoir hassle free and no mess with trying to use the pot to pour your water into the back of must makers. It functions great, comes with both a reusable filter and scooper built in for the desired amount of coffee you're looking to make. The coffee tastes great as I grind my own coffee each morning, sometimes prepping it at night for the next morning with the programmable feature. It's nice waking up to the smell of freshly made coffee to start your day. Last thing I should mention is it will keep the coffee hot in the pot for several hours so even if you're not the first one up, or oversleep your alarm you'll still have fresh hot coffee when your running out the door.

Well it took a bit to splurge. So happy I did. Absolutely stunning copper tone a huge 14 cup carafe - Beautiful. No regrets. I have had it about a month. And no issues

It is brought to the UK with a two pinned plug, you have to buy a US to UK adaptor for around £11 which blows your electrics,

I have purchased multiple ninja products in the past and have been happy with most however the last few have been disappointing. This is by far the worst. It leaked while pouring immediately but if I held the pot just right and poured slowly I could hit the cup about 90%. Now 8 months later I have to hold the cup and pot over the sink and and spill about 1/3 of a cup every time. The hot function is no longer hot and I constantly have to reheat it in the microwave. Also the stop drip to pour has never worked. This is the last time I will buy any more ninja products. This copper coloured coffee maker was almost twice the price of my usual cuisinart 14 cup maker which i will be going back to. At least it only has a few drips when pouring and the programming is also easier.
