Product Description          Supagrill Lumpwood Charcoal is easy to light, gives good heat output and helps give your food that lovely traditional barbecue flavour. Suitable for use with most modern or traditional Charcoal Barbecues.             Directions          Open all vents on the grill. Place the Supagrill Lumpwood Charcoal on the grill. Place a suitable amount of firelighters in between the charcoals. Using a match or butane lighter, light the firelighters, or alternatively, soak the whole surface of the lumpwood charcoal with an appropiatelighter fluid. Leave to soak in. Using a match or butane lighter, light the charcoals. When the flames die down and the Supagrill Lumpwood Charcoal turns grey or glows arrange the charcoal as desired using a long handled barbeque tool.

Not what i ordered! I ordered Supagrill and this is a different brand.  Noticable difference....this one even has the odd briquette included, and we are disappointed.

    Poor quality charcoal - so small and fine that it is unusable

The charcoal was so fine (in small pieces) that it is hardly useable.  There is so much fine charcoal dust in there, that it smothers the fire.  Cannot light it in a fire-starter chimney, as there is no air flow through the fine charcoal.  I probably lost about half the bag after only sieving the bigger pieces out.  Complete waste of money.
