PO at fault I suspect but that is the only reason I am giving 4 stars not 5. I have managed to straighten it out so it looks fine now and I must say is excellent value for the modest price! I have tested it out and it holds the music beautifully even a thick book of tunes I use a lot It is multi height variable so really good value for money and came put together, collapsed to its smallest size and mere seconds to unfold for use. Also came with a robust zipped bag to transport it about! A really good stand and well made Much better than I expected given the low price.
