Bought the Maru Swimming Pull Buoy Float for my two kids who both train with a local swim club where pull buoys are a standard part of sessions, and it’s been spot on. It’s used regularly, stays comfortably in place, and does exactly what it’s meant to do — allowing them to focus on upper-body strength and stroke technique without fuss. No complaints from either of them, which is always a good sign. Lightweight, durable, and a solid bit of kit for regular swim training. Good quality and good value. Would happily buy again.

Lovely product lightweight well packaged stood the test of time

I'm training to do a triathlon for the first time and got this so that I can focus just on my freestyle arm stroke. The float helps keep your legs afloat and you don't need to kick when using it - just keep your feet together with your toes pointing backwards. This is not a swim teaching aid but more of a tool for people who can already swim and want to improve.

Highly effective, with little drag in the water, and ideal for keeping a learner's legs up whilst they improve their technique.

No conocía esta marca pero amo absolutamente mi pool buoy de Maru!!! Tengo la tabla de natación de Maru a juego. Aparte de que los colores son vibrantes y el diseño atractivo, lo que me alegra el día al preparar y utilizar mi material de entrenamiento, son de muy buena calidad. Llevo alrededor de un año usándolos en piscina y están igual que el primer día, con la espuma y sus colores intactos. Yo utilizo el pool buoy en piscina, principalmente para la práctica de la apnea dinámica sin aletas y también para mejorar la técnica de brazada en natación. En la práctica de la apnea dinámica, utilizándola con un esnórquel, me permite mejorar la técnica de los brazos, al asegurarme mantener la flotabilidad de glúteos y piernas. Así cuando ya hago la apnea de verdad, me veo con confianza para hacer los movimientos con precisión y eficacia. En natación es parecido. Me permite enfocarme en bajar la cabeza y poner los brazos en flecha hacia esa diana imaginaria, asegurándome esa posición de partida correcta con el culete bien arriba (posición superman). En resumen: para mí es un artilugio indispensable, además de excelente calidad y diseño atractivo para la práctica de mis deportes: Freediving en piscina y natación.
