How do these work are they energy booster and do they work

I am a type 1 diabetic and keep these in my pocket to increase my blood sugar. 5 tablets will increase my blood sugar levels by 2mmol within 15 minutes. In other words if I am working hard they will keep my carbohydrate levels at the correct level. All people expend energy whilst working or doing exercise. These dextrose tablets are used by me in an emergency to stop my blood sugar going low and not able to concentrate on what I am doing and this includes being unable to think or walk. Hope that is not too scary.

Use by date is on back of pack but they have 18 months after manufacture

Are the tablets individually wrapped?

No, they are wrapped 14 together. I tape over the top of my packets when I’ve opened them, as I tend to use 5 or so at a time.
