Is there a difference between the pro mount and non-pro mount?

The non pro mount is a glass filled nylon body with a length of 38mm from center of bar mount to center of phone clip. The Pro is an aluminum body that has a length of 63mm from center of bar mount to center of phone clip. Check the quadlock website for more specifics. The difference is much more than "one is plastic and the other isn't".

Any suggestions on which bike mount would work best if u have aerobars too?

I would not recommend this for bikes with aerobars. The 45 degree twist makes it really hard for larger phones. I am still in search for a good mount as I have aerobars as well.

Is this this sturdiest option for a mountain bike? Or am I better off getting the motorcycle mount?

Im pretty sure motorcycle bars are a bigger diameter especially for some aftermarket out there or harleys

Is all the parts made out of aluminum?

The mounting bracket itself is. The locking mechanism and blue releasing handle are plastic.

This thing is very solid and it mounts to the bike very rigidly. The act of attaching the phone takes some practice, but with that said I love this mount. It minimalistic, It's VERY durable. The case is really nice, and the mag-ring in the case is the strongest I've seen.

A week after a major downhill collision a friend asked me what my phone mount was - I was a little puzzled - he added it must be good - and then realised it was because even though I’d been thrown 30 yards and my bike was entangled with another - my phone was still in place. And that was on the simple rubber band mounting. Anyway, a week later I decided to treat my self to an upgrade and have the phone centrally mounted. Everything oozes quality - packaging, the hinged clamp, inserts for varying tube sizes and even an Allen key to tighten it up. Looks good too.
