Dear Sir/Madam, I am reporting a defective product that has been damaged. Specifically, the product has visible dents and experiences frequent shutdowns. Due to these issues, the product is unusable. Please return back and refund my money. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. And I strongly advise against purchasing this room heater, as our experience has been unsatisfactory. It may not be a worthwhile investment.

This one is the worst experience I ever had with Amazon, I ordered a replacement and got a new one as the previous omproduct was defective and now it has stopped working after 1 week , they still haven't send a technician even after registering my complaint via Orient customer care.

Very expensive if you compare with the quality of this product, got defective / disassembled heater, got this repIred by local electrician, big no to this product. Keeping this as it is almost winter on the hills after repairs at my own expenses. Orient disappointed me with this product as this kind of quality was not expected by Orient.
