Great size for a portion of chips and the chips crisp up great. Great price and very easy to use.

Great fryer. Big enough for two people. Cooks quickly and evenly The only negative is the handle. The way it’s made it’s not safe to attach or detach without harm. I use two forks one either side of the Beasley to safely lift it out.

looks ok in the kitchen but is tiny ...ok for a few onion rings etc and does the job adequately the handle though is well flimsy god job only £20+

I got this for £5.70 on an AMAZON Warehouse deal. It was new but had been returned by someone hence the cheap price. Even paying what I paid, it is rubbish. It is small, it is for one person and it does fry food. You cant get the basket to lower down and release the handle so you can close the lid. The handle will not come off. so you are frying with the lid open. I have tried it 3 times. It is poorly designed. So you have the lid open and are frying stuff and trying to get the handle to come away from the basket. My worktop is now splashed with oil. It is made by Benross group (who own TJ Hughes) and is sold in their stores for £13. Like I say I paid half of that and it is crap. Does fry food but the handle design is rubbish. Sorry Amazon. Once you sell through your stocks of this, please get rid. To people wanting a deep fat fryer for one. Choose a different one please. Trust me.

Although this fryer is good, the handle is absolutely rubbish and I find it dangerous. It is unable to grip the basket safely which is not good when dealing with hot oil

This spills hot oil out as basket and handle are difficult to manuver in such a small space. Takes a long time to cook a few chips and then a struggle to get the hot basket out of the fryer. I'm looking for another fryer now. I think for safety Ile go a size up.
