It's a molle pouch, made by Leatherman.
It will probably survive us all. I got it for my Leather Wave (EDC), and I foolishly purchased the XL version, which has way too much wiggle room as a result. However the product is of excellent quality, and it sitting, waiting, for when I purchase a larger Leatherman. Take note; the Velcro flap not designed for quick access to the Leatherman within, but I bought it to keep it safe in active conditions. If you've any concerns about quality, loose them. This thing is the business.

A very useful pouch.
I'm glad I have finally found a decent pouch for my Leatherman Wave. It is a tad bulky but seems pretty robust. It will hold x2 bit kit and bit extension no problem also. There is a Molle attachment so it can be practically carried anywhere you put it. This is a great pouch overall.

Pretty good.
No complaints really. Pretty sturdy. Bit big for a leatherman charge, probably more suited to the larger surge. Still fits though.

I needed a pouch to fit to a motorcycle tank bag using molle attachments, this is perfect.

Replacement sheath
I bought this as a replacement to the original. Leatherman have made it stronger, however they need to other a leather alternative. Good product

Quality product.
Bought this product for my non leather man multi-tool as the original one I had disintegrated over time. Have to say, this is one robust pouch, albeit a little bulky, but I know this will last me many years to come. Even has a couple of elasticated band for carrying extra items. I use these for carrying a useful marker pen but you could probably carry all sorts of useful additions like a mini flashlight .
