yes the game can be played in any language, there are only 3 cards that do not use numbers "peek", draw 2 , swap

Can you play with two players only

it is described as playable for 2 players. Since the players can decide winning condition it still works ok Better with three plus I think tho

Would this game be too young for children aged 8 and 11?

It's a great game for all ages - our grandchildren loved it but they were 6-8, so can't vouch for the 11 year old.

I think the box says 2-6 but in reality once you get over 4 the game is over very quickly and is not so good. I'd say 2-4 works best.
