Does this relieve sciatic nerve pain?

I bought this for low back pain. It has releived my pain along with standing when I can, no experience with sciatica. Lumbar pain has improved.

Good for large person?

No not very firm, after a couple of hours it flattened.

Does this help hip pain and aches?

Somewhat. I use it when I am sitting on my sofa. I use it about every other day, if that helps. I do believe it is a good product and would probably work better if I was using it on a hard chair.
