I already have a larger, more shallow version for quiche which is great and produces really good crisp results. Bought this for smaller meat/fruit pies for fewer people. No reason to expect anything but the same good results. Easy to clean and easy to remove pastry. My china quiche dishes are now largely redundant although they are a good deal prettier so easy to remove from tin and display in the china.

Its the best pie/tart tin ever. It bakes evenly all over.

L’articolo è arrivato senza subire danni, è di buona qualità in quanto molto robusto, usato per la cottura di una crostata che è risultata eccellente, grazie ai fori non è nemmeno necessario bucherellare la frolla in quanto la cottura è uniforme, inoltre la possibilità di rimuovere la base lo rende molto pratico e comodo. Punti a favore: -cottura uniforme -fondo rimovibile -lavabile in lavastoviglie (testato, non si rovina anche con lavaggi più intensi) -fornita con un gancio utile per non avere pezzi sparsi in gire per la casa Contro: Non riscontrati Conclusioni: Ottima per chi come me ogni tanto decide di improvvisarsi pasticcere e per tale motivo non possiede attrezzatura professionale, vi eviterà la frustrazione di impasti che si attaccano oppure frolle crude al centro e bruciate ai bordi.
