Will this work with lithium 12 volt?

Sorry, this solar charger controller is not suitable for lithium batteries.

Will this work with a LiFeP04 battery?

Sorry, the controller is suitable for 12V/24V lead-acid batteries and cannot charge lithium batteries.

I purchased the 20w 10a controller, controller seems to work on everything except load out put not getting power to the pos neg screws

You must provide a 12 V rechargeable battery of some kind for there to be a load out voltage. The system is a battery charger and will charge your battery and maintain it to 13.2 V. USB chargers, at least my wireless charger is rated at one amp. USB voltage is 5 V. 5×1 is five watts per hour. So if you had two USB wireless chargers, as long as there was sufficient sunlight to charge your battery you could charge them for twice as long as the sun provided light. Anything more and your battery would start to degrade each day.
