If there are beans in the hopper and the setting is at the minimum setting of 2 it’s approximately 23g of coffee. If you need less than that don’t leave beans in the hopper and weigh out what is needed before adding to the hopper.

can you grind coffee with this machine for greek (turkish) coffee?

It is a consumer machine, so do not expect the powder fine as from much more expensive grinders. The grinder is a good match with entrance level espresso machines.

What's the minimum number of cup's ground, two of the photo's show different cup number's on the dial. The top photo,1 cup, the 3rd photo 2 cup's?

It very much depends on the coffee variety & desired strength. I have mine set on minimum amount/finest grind when using Lavazza Qualita Oro beans & this produces a measured 25oz of coffee at the strength I prefer. Using Columbian medium roast, I have to increase the amount by two clicks on the dial. I've had my machine for more than four years now & it works as well now as it did when new, running one of the above grinds about 300 times a year (every morning when I'm home).

My grinder is being quite tempremental seems to stop for no reason but not permanently. Everything is in the right place... any ideas?

Check that no bean bits have gone into the Grove the hopper cover fits into. This can stop the microswitch operating, or operating intermitently.
