The first unit didn't work but after contacting the supplier a replacement was dispatched immediately. The unit itself is great & works well. My main criticism is with the sizing of these products generally. I've bought a number of this type of thing for different tablets. I think the suppliers of this type of product should state the max/min physical sizes the unit will hold rather than rely on the screen size. I bought this for my 9 inch tablet but it wouldn't fit. Fortunately, my daughter had a tablet that would fit it so I was able to give it to her for her birthday.The other thing I have noticed is that few of the suppliers state the keyboard type (UK, US, etc).
