Can you provide sizing information please ? Ie l=xxcm etc

hi i bought xl then sent them back as they were to tight ..they are quite flexible but very snug ..if your on the chunky side like me get the xxl... i have just had a knee replacement and these support just fine

How do I know which size to choose?

I asked my physiotherapist to measure my knee at various points and judged it from there. They have a measuements chart

When i measured above my knee it is 16" which would mean i need a large size. However, do i need to pull the tape meaure super, super tight or not?

You need to have it tight enough to support your knee,but not so tight that is uncomfortable

Want to wear these for hiking, will they give enough support for my knees?

I purchased this item as I play a lot of badminton, and for doing long walks etc. I have found no discomfort for both. I would think as long as your wearing the right footwear for hiking, these supports should be no problem. Hope this helps
