Everything about this mattress is nice except measurements They are not as described

Not what it used to be. I bought one in India 3 years ago. The same model, quality was great and i dont have aches when i sleep on that mattress but the new one i purchased in UAE is not of good quality or they have changed the material, my back hurts in any position and my shoulders hurt while i sleep on the side. Cant return it too :(

The mattress was not firm as described and one end was tilted downwards.

This is supposed to be a medium firm mattress, with a gel cooling layer on one side. When first opening the box, there didn't seem to be any difference on either side, so I just left it alone to reinflate. It seems like it did fully reinflate, but there still isn't any difference from either side of the mattress. It definitely is not a medium firmness either. This mattress is the hardest, firmest mattress I have ever come across. It has actually made my back pain worse, and I completely regret buying it.

Very good matress among which I have ever used. Comfortable and I don't feel back pain. When I used foam mattress back pain beyond comfort was a problem. I bought wakefit shape sense matress 3 years before and found it both comfortable and pain free. So I bought one more to replace one of my spring mattress. Cost wise also comfortable for pockets. I stongly recommend this item.

Very comfortable mattress. I used to have coir mattress and after sometime, it became very uncomfortable and resulted in back pain. But after I bought this mattress, back pain reduced and I get a peaceful sleep.
