The item came very well packed which is a great start considering how these delivery companies throw the parcels around. It was pretty easy to put together, and once built up I found it to be really sturdy no wobbling around and that’s exactly what you need from this type of table. Not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for and if that slightly extra money means you have a side table that doesn’t wobble about, then it’s worth every penny. Over all really pleased with the quality and it does exactly what it’s meant to do. Plus it folds away neatly too, but the clips are very tight so an elderly person I feel wouldn’t be able to do this on their own. That is the only fault, or niggly problem, which isn’t that much of a problem if you want to keep it upright as you would when it’s in use. Hope this helps some people that are considering this type of product.

I am so impressed by this desk. I've been WFH for 1 year and have not found a set up that works for me yet as I have limited space for an office or even a desk and my storage options aren't great either. This, might be a game changer. It arrived at 1315, I had it together and ready to use by 1330. (To add I'm usually pretty awful at flatpack/furniture building) All slots together easily, no screws or tools needed. It has adjustable height and table angle, the desk/table top is bigger than I thought. Can definitely fit my standard 15.6 inch laptop plus a notebook and bits. It's a good height for chair, sofa and goes lower so could definitely use in bed - bonus. It comes with a footrest and a slide in and out cup holder too. Lightweight so easily moved around and storable. It doesn't fold up all the way or like a traditional folding desk/table/piece of furniture. Only the table element folds down that I can work out so the legs are fixed but I think it's still pretty compact to store away. Really happy, 10/10 based on first impressions for sure. For now I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a desk or tabletop space that you can put away and could use for so many things and the price is really reasonable, next day prime delivery... I can't think of a complaint right now!

Bought this to replace an older design, this is far superior in many ways. Quality is very good, stable when assembled, useful add-ons (cup holder), light enough to move around without the threat of a hernia :-) and excellent for laptop use.

I've just unpacked and fit this together. Apart from the five minutes removing all the wrapping inside the box - which does do a good job of protecting it - the 'construction' took 5 minutes. The instruction sheet has clear photos and it really is simple. No screws, spanners or Allen keys needed. The table feels very sturdy and the quality of the parts is good. The metal has a bit of weight to it, so it's not going to bend or snap and the overall feel is 'durable'. It's not too heavy, but it's definitely not like one of those plastic and aluminium jobs which weigh nothing and last five minutes. For me the 'top setting' is the right height for sitting at the sofa and using it as a 'dining' table and also for fitting over the edge of the bed, so I can't see myself using the other settings too much. I like that the height of it is controlled by retractable pins, not by screws. It won't start to slip as the threads wear or as the screw damages the leg pipes. A quick push up under the table releases the stabiliser so the table flap can be folded down. I can then put this at the end of the sofa, with the legs tucked under, so it's out of the way. The table I got cannot be folded in the same way as they show in the image I have added to this review. The table top comes down no problem, but there doesn't appear to be a way to swing the legs round 90 degrees with the stabilising pin still engaged as they show. Even with the footrest removed, the legs are locked to face forwards, not inwards. You could depress the pins, move the legs into the frame some more and then turn the legs that way, so the pins cannot engage with the holes, but as far as I can tell you can't achieve what that picture shows. It was one of the things i liked about this table - being able to easily fold flat for storage. I have chosen not to remove a star, because it is still possible, but just not quite as simple as it appeared, but the rest of the product is so good, I'm not really bothered. The top of my table had the tiniest of blemishes, nothing to worry about, but not perfect, when in use it will be covered anyway. I may get myself a silicone mat to protect the top and stop things sliding around as the surface is very smooth, so plates etc. will be prone to movement without one. The cupholder is a nice addition and I like that it slides away, hidden when not needed. It is probably the flimsiest thing about the product, but for what it is, I think it is designed well and will certainly do the job. It is quite shallow, so it will accept virtually any cup/glass/flask of the right diameter, but this does mean they will be prone to knocking over as the holder isn't deep enough to stop that. The only other little gripe is that the rubber feet don't appear to have a solid grip on my parquet floor, however, I doubt I'll be pushing against it much and it's not like it slides around at the gentlest of touches, it's just 'moveable' without too much force. All in all, after a lot of research I plumped for this table because it had the fold-down top and the reviews said it was good and solid. It seems to be just what I needed and at a good price too. The table isn't an exact rectangle, being very slightly tapered at the opposite end to the stand/legs, but it's not really a problem. It does the job and helps keep the table surface clean and free of scratches too, as well as securing items. It can also just be flung in the washing machine for a through clean every now and then..

This is not the cheapest table but I wanted something that felt sturdy and decent quality, I was not disappointed with this table. It is extremely stable and will hold a decent weight if required. Assembly was simple and quick. The only slight difficulty is adjusting the height but not too much of a problem. Overall 9/10.

I was familiar with this table format because I had already purchased two white ones. These black tables I bought now are very similar to the ones I had. The quality is good, it can be set up in 3 minutes, and it's very practical for eating, working, or playing with a laptop, writing... It's a multipurpose table that you can leave as is or keep out of sight when not in use. Totally recommendable.

So I’ve had this table since December 2024 and used it regular it’s been a great little table but as of May 2026 the plastic clips/hook underneath that hold the metal bar have failed and broke. Clearly a weak spot and probably should be been made of metal as they are the clips that seem to hold the structure together have fatigued over time and cracked. Just a thought for people who use it a lot and unfold the table top down.

A very small table and not that as stable as it could be in my opinion. Just bear this in mind.

Nice and practical

Der klappbare Laptoptisch ist sehr stabil, gut verarbeitet und absolut nützlich. Wird von Allen viel und gerne genutzt. Die Neigung lässt sich sehr einfach verstellen und er ist platzsparend zusammengeklappt schnell hinter dem Sofa verschwunden. Ein tolles Feature ist auch der herausziehbare Becherhalter. Einzig die Höhenverstellung ist etwas schwerer, aber das ist kein negativer Aspekt, sondern gut für die Stabilität. Die Fußstütze ist eher etwas für kleinere Personen, muß man aber auch nicht zwingend montieren. Ich würde diesen Tisch wieder kaufen und kann ihn sehr empfehlen.
