Amazing product, worked great on my high gloss black guitar
Being a new guitar player, I managed to make a lot of scratches on my beautiful black high gloss guitar in my first week by rubbing it on my desk. I was extremely disappointed and thought that I have done an irreparable damage. 2 months in, it was time to change strings and do some guitar maintenance when I accidentally saw a youtube video with this amazing product. I took hope and ordered it from Amazon expecting at least to bring back some of that original gloss that has now turned more into matt black, but didn't expect this to take away my scratches. Which is exactly what this great product did. You need to pay attention to the instructions for this to work and switch between the red and the blue products. I have attached a photo of the finished polished guitar. Imagine that with full of scratches and a lot of the high gloss gone and then see my photo. All scratches gone and the high gloss is back again!

Great Product!
Backstory: I lent my Fender Telecaster (Black Out edition) to my brother to use as I was moving house and wasn't really planning on playing in any bands for a while. Upon requesting it back a year later I was horrified to see that one of his band mates had put Duct Tape on it (apparently to hold the strap on!!!). Needless to say I was livid that it'd been treat that way and in the process of getting the tape off, the guitar became badly scuffed to the point that it no longer had a glossy shine where the duct tape had been. I ordered this product hoping it would help and to be honest it's exceeded my expectations. I've only given 3 applications (1x red, 1 x blue, 1 x red) and it's basically removed the scratches nearly completely. The gloss has been restored and it's only upon close inspection that you can see them (barely). It doesn't completely remove them but you'd have to look closely to see them. I would definitely recommend it and I'd definitely buy it again. Note: make sure you follow the instructions carefully! There's even vids on the companies website showing how to do it!

great product it works really well, a little high priced, larger bottles and it would be better value for money
I was a little wary of the claims from the company however I have to admit the product works extremely well for surface/minor scratches. I used it on a test area first that was less noticeable before properly going at it and it worked very well. the scratches were a thing of the past. I cannot speak from experience with regards to scratches but for any surface marks it works wonders you do need to follow the instructions and use both products included as just using one does not remove the scratches completely. Just follow the instructions and it will work very well. It is quite a high price over other types of products out there but it does work! I wish the bottles were larger as it would feel better value for money as you may need a few applications to resolve a problem area.

Probably not what you're looking for
So there's a lot of mixed opinions about this product floating around the internet. There are some people who swear by it, saying that although it's not a miracle cure, it's very effective for buffing out light scratches and making deeper ones less prominent. There are even a couple of videos that also seem to suggest that it works quite well, given that you put in the work and apply firm pressure when buffing (although these videos all have jump cuts between before and after shots, somewhat compromising their reliability). Thought I might drop in my own experience with a brand new 2019 review. I figured there was no harm in trying it out. The guitar I used it on was a used Yamaha Pacifica 212VFM in great condition, except it had a lot of light scratches and belt marks all over it (especially on the back). Granted, these scratches were not visible 90% of the time - you really had to angle it in the light to see them. I spent just under two hours working on my guitar, starting with the less abrasive red bottle, moving onto a thorough application of the blue bottle, and ending with the red bottle again and a final wipe down with a clean, dry cloth. I followed the supplied instructions to the letter, using only freshly washed microfibre cloths and a firm hand when buffing and polishing. I went into it feeling fairly optimistic. Results: - The blue bottle is very effective in removing stubborn "hazing" marks, and very very superficial scratches - Even when sufficient pressure is applied with good technique over multiple applications, It is not very effective in removing anything else, even scratches that seem fairly minor and can't be felt under your fingernail - The red bottle is really nothing more than a glorified guitar polish (there are some really good ones out there that you can get for less than £10) - The two bottle combined provided a nice lustre to the finish, and overall my guitar (when held to the light) does actually look a little more tidied up, especially with the occasional haze marks and light scratches removed - However, the improvement was quite underwhelming, and overall I have to admit that it's not as amazing as some people seem to think - The supplied cloth sheds, like a lot Do I regret trying it? Absolutely not, I got to find out for myself exactly how effective this product was and got a good shoulder/arm workout to boot. Is it worth £25 + shipping? Again, absolutely not, and ideally I would love to request a refund, except I have a feeling that the seller wouldn't be very accommodating. Is this product going to refresh your worn instrument; have you finally found what you were looking for? Truthfully, probably not (don't worry I'm as gutted as you are).
