Arrived in good time, this item is waterproof and the fit and protection level so far has been great. I would recommend this for the value for money and ease of use.

The rain cover is big enough that it should fit most if not all car seats of this type, it fitted nicely over our Cosatto hold mix car seat. The mesh side panels are a nice touch, it’s reassuring to know that the cover allows air to circulate. The mesh is small enough that it’s unlikely to allow rain to pass through it. The viewing /access panel on the front works well and is held in place with a piece of velcro, there is also one at the top to hold it open if desired. I really appreciated have the slit in the top for getting in to hold the car seat handle, it has a small flap of plastic like a little hood across it which helps keep your hand dry and also stops rain from getting in the top at the same time. It’s made of a soft plastic that folds up easily, it does crease a bit so care needs to be taken when storing it for long periods of time so as not to damage it but this isn’t uncommon.

I’ve seen a lot of negative / bad reviews on this product and I honestly have no idea why. I purchased this for an old car seat we are using for our baby, which we had years ago for our 4yr daughter. It fit perfectly. Very snug and no leaks at the top as some people said and yes I’ve used in very rainy weather. I paid £9.99 and I got it next day on my Prime delivery which was amazing because I needed it ASAP. I’ve heard people comment on its thinness. Well I’ve been using it in this horrid London weather the past few weeks (its been snowing/absolutely freezing) and I’ve been very happy with it. Baby is obviously in a snowsuit and sometimes blanket, but I haven’t found the “thinness” to be an issue at all. I keep the hood of the car seat up, so it covers the vents at the sides so no cold air gets in. The overall material is very sturdy. I don’t feel as though I’m going to rip it if I pull on it or anything. Overall for its price and actual useage I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend. My only flaw is the flap at the front. I actually love having it there and being able to just lift it like a little window when I need to tend to my baby rather than having to lift the entire raincover off, which for some you have to do, but the flaw is that the Velcro used to keep it down is only placed at the center of the flap and I wish it was placed around the whole flap to ensure it is more secure in those windier days which make the sides come up. Other than that I’m very happy with it!

REALLY impressed with this! I thought for this price it would just do it’s job and nothing more to it but it is amazing I love it. It fits my maxi cosi pebble car seat nice and snug and the plastic has a lovely soft feel yet durable and strong. It is far easier to fold up that regular pram/car covers as the plastic is slightly thinner but I don’t feel this would make any difference to its purpose. I love the little touches too like the space to hold the handle, and the breathable mesh at the side. This is better than big brand ones and yet they don’t all have these features I would recommend to anyone defo a necessity for your little one!

Love this, my baby is in between the car seat and pushchair attachments for the pram. So I am having to use the car seat until she is able to us the pushchair. My car seat never came with a cover, I bought this product and it fits on my cybex car seat perfectly, as if it was made for it.
