Hi. Received mine yesterday. It didnt come in a package or wrappped just loose in a box. Is this normal?

The item comes in package of it’s own. The item can then be placed in another box to prevent damage.

No, it's not washable, it's mostly made of plastic. But the crinkly fabric pieces are wipe clean. I actually hang the toy on the crib or pram, and don't let the baby get it in his mouth.
