This is an amazing set and good value for money. I've paid more for epilators in the past and had only one epilator that did not do such a good job. This is quick, no need for going over and over the area. The results are close very quickly. The tweezers with the light on and mirror are such a good idea, and the small epilator thats battery powered for small areas is just as good as the plug in large one. I'm so glad I got this.

This product is not painless but hey, grit your teeth and remove your unwanted hair. The good news is there is hardly any redness and it does get easier. New growth is finer and longer lasting, it is excellent value for money, waxing is quite expensive, painful and leaves more redness.

I think this is good value. A little noisy but I think that's common. My friend recommended this and it's the first time I've used a Rotavator, err, I mean Epilator. Beware, it hurts! But only really the first time because you're getting every single hair. I love the little one which is useful for doing my old lady beard hairs and I've even managed to do my eyebrows with it but be very careful as you could easily end up eyebrowless. I also did my armpits which was jolly painful and even drew a little bit of blood BUT they look amazing and none of that horrible shave-itch. I'm a wimp so if I can do it.... I've found the tweezers handy too, especially for getting splinters out of wriggling children. They like the light and it makes it easier to see.

The smaller battery powered one and the tweezers are worth it alone. The tweezers have light so you can see any odd little face hairs while you are plucking them - great idea. The small battery powered epilator is good for painful areas like armpits as only covers a small area so makes the experience less intense and more manageable.The main epilator is fine - probably not the best but no worse than more expensive ones I've had. I would say really less painful than my expensive Braun one as well so am pretty impressed. The price was much less painful too.

The Epilator was a Christmas present for my wife and she loves it. She has tried others in the past without the same success as the Philips HP6540 and she is very pleased with the results. She found it very comfortable and easy to use and from my point of view a very successful and pleasing present which we both appreciate.

Does not pull hair out from the root. Braun is superior. This just clips hair in the surface. The only thing I really like is the smaller epilator which is works quite well on the bikini line..

This is an excellent set - you do have to grit your teeth a little bit when doing more delicate areas (!) but fantastic results and it's really not that bad! I tend to mostly use the smaller epilator but the larger one is great for legs. I would definitely recommend it.

I've been debating getting an epilator for years. Did my research and took the plunge. Actually found it really easy to use. Went over and over same spots to achieve desired results and picked up most of the hair. Growing back the following day but I hope continued use will eventually reduce regrowth. Even tried bikini area, waiting to see if I get ingrown hairs. Will update if I doe. BTW my hair is coarse afro hair so I don't think all epilators will work for me. Only wish it had a carry case but I'll pick up a cheap one on ebay.

Ho scelto questo epilatore fidandomi dei molti commenti positivi e per questo ringrazio chi li ha scritti, poiché anch'io, dopo averlo provato, posso ritenermi più che soddisfatta. Dopo tanti anni di cerette fatte da varie estetiste, mi sono stancata di spendere sempre più soldi e per questo ho deciso di passare alla depilazione "fai da te", ma non avendo alcuna dimistichezza con le cere, ho deciso di provare il silk epil. Devo dire che in maniera molto pratica e semplice, sono riuscita a depilarmi gambe, ascelle e anche parti intime, grazie in particolare al piccolo epilatore a batterie, e sinceramente soffrendo un po' meno che con la ceretta, per un risultato complessivo ottimo e soddisfacente. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, questo è il rumore, ma comunque sopportabilissimo...e poi diciamo la verità, dato l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ma chi se frega 😉

Ich habe den Epilierer in diesem Set wieder gekauft, nachdem ich den anderen verloren hatte. Der Schmale dabei ist als Ergänzung ganz praktisch, aber wenn man noch nie epiliert hat, empfehle ich erstmal nur den Großen, einzeln, mit verschiedenen Aufsätzen zu bestellen, denn die fehlen hier, und würden das epilieren angenehmer machen. Ich muss zwar mehrmals über die Stellen gehen, aber das Ergebnis ist dann gründlich, und ich bin nach einer Viertelstunde fertig mit beiden kompletten Beinen. Ich finde es viel angenehmer als Rasieren, 2 Mal die Woche epiliert, habe ich die restlichen Tage Ruhe, weil die nachwachsenden Haare sehr dünn, hell und weich sind. Die Haut entzündet sich auch nicht mehr, es piekst nicht, und insgesamt ist das Gefühl auf der Haut viel entspannter, als bei nachwachsenden Haaren nach der Rasur, die ich gar nicht so oft machen könnte um ständig glatte Beine zu haben, weil meine Haut das nicht verträgt. An das Ziepen gewöhnt man sich, irgendwann denkt man nicht mal mehr darüber nach. Es ist für mich nicht richtig schmerzhaft, einfach nur unangenehm, da kommt man leicht drüber hinweg. Je öfter man es macht, desto einfacher ist es auch, weil ja nicht alle Haare gleichzeitig nachkommen. Nur unter den Achseln hat es für mich nicht gut funktioniert, da rasiere ich dann doch lieber. Aber das kommt auf die Haut und die Haare an denke ich, ich habe insgesamt viele Haare, und ziemlich empfindliche Haut. Ich denke man muss es ausprobieren, für mich ist das jedenfalls das Beste zu epilieren. Zusammengefasst: Guter Epilierer, nicht so teuer, Aufsatz fehlt leider, kleiner Epilierer ist schnell und praktisch, Pinzette ist auch in Ordnung

Super épilateur : ma première épilation avec ce produit, et j'en suis très contente. Évidemment, au début, ça fait un peu mal puisqu'on a beaucoup de poils sur une petite zone, du coup, l'épilateur attrape beaucoup de poil en un coup... La seconde fois et les fois suivantes, il y a moins de poil, l'épilation est plus facile. 3 articles : - un gros épilateur relié à la prise de courant : pratique, large, ergonomique. - un petit épilateur fonctionnant avec deux piles (fournies) : il est plus rapide que le premier et sert très bien pour finir le travail ou pour retirer un début de pilosité. - une pince à épiler avec lumière intégrée : la pince est plate mais efficace. Je m'en sert pour les quelques poils "sous peau" qui ont du mal à sortir. Conclusion : un pack Philips qui vaut le coup !

Estuve buscando información sobre las mejores del mercado conforme calidad precio y la verdad es que ha superado mis expectativas. La maquina grande funciona perfectamente, es rápida y me gusta que vaya coon cable. La maquina pequeña me encanta, es rápida y apenas duele, por fin he conseguido pasármela por la ingles, duele mucho menos que con la grande. Además quita hasta los pelos más pequeños, el otro dia me depilé con la cuchilla las axilas y de esto que tienes ya los puntos negros de los pelos pero que son muy pequeños y con la cuchilla no se pueden cortar, pues la maquina pequeña los quita a la perfección. Sin ninguna duda una muy buena compra, la recomiendo completamente, por un precio magnifico tienes dos maquinas que sin duda alguna usarás, yo pensaba que la pequeña no la usaría apenas mas que para viajes ya que va con pilas pero sin duda alguna la usaré mucho más. En cuanto a las pinzas, la verdad es que no creo que las use mucho pues son mas grandes eso sí, pero la luz tampoco creo que sirva para gran cosa. En cuanto al envio ha sido rápido y ha llegado en perfectas condiciones.

Soy una mujer lobo y por tanto la depilación nunca ha sido agradable para mi, ni lo será. He tenido todo tipo de maquinas, que si la phillip que se mete debajo del agua, la otra con cositas que masajean para que no duela....siempre fue un momento temido el depilarme y me dolia muchisimo. Me compré esta maquina porque encontre un articulo donde la chica decía que esta maquina no dolia. Yo me reí y pensé: seguro que no es verdad, pero estoy harta de gastarme más de 100euros en máquinas que duelen porque dicen que no duelen, así que por 40 euros, vamos a darle una oportunidad, que además viene con pinzas con luz y la minidepiladora para las ingles (que nunca la voy a usar porque hay si que duele y es a NO'NO)..... -Duele?: SI. -Duele mucho menos que lo que me dolía depilarme con las de 100euros?: Duele muchisimo pero muchisimo muchisimo muchisimo menos. Es absolutamente fantástica!! Además coge el pelo muy bien, lo puedes dejar hasta largo y sigue doliendo muy poco, es una maravilla!!! Y las ingles??? Por primera vez en mi vida soy capaz de hacérmelas en casa con mínimo dolor, la máquina pequeñita es otra maravilla!!! Al final las pinzas con luz es a lo que no le doy apenas uso porque son un poco engorrosas de manejar. Si lo pasais mal depilandoos esta maquina es vuestra solucion, en serio probadla porque además yo antes tardaba cerca de 1h en quitarme todos los pelitos....y con esta tardo unos 10-15 minutos por pierna. Solo 2 puntos malos y por ello 4 estrellas: el cabezal se calienta un poco, y cuando se calienta duele más. Así que lo que hago es que me hago una pierna primero, lo dejo enfriar un rato, y me hago la otra pierna. Funciona mucho mejor, y duele mucho menos, si vas por lineas rectas tomandote tu tiempo(sin ir muy deprisa) que haciendo varias pasadas muy rápidas. El otro punto negativo es que tiene 2 potencias: la normal y la superrapida. La normal funciona de escándalo, una maravilla. La superrapida solo la usé una vez y no he vuelto a usarla, porque es tan rápida que hace heridas en la piel. Si yo fuera el fabricante le dejaría la normal como rápida y pondría otra fase pero más lenta, y quitaria la superrapida porque hace daño. Espero que os ayude la review! Paz y amor!!
