What is the difference between the balm and the Super Skinny Serum?

The serum is a silicone based straightening product that is anti humidity and keeps hair straight via silicone coating. It's has more of a slick oily feel. The balm on the other hand is protein based and works similar to a mini keratin treatment, where the proteins bond to the hair surface and keep the hair straight. This texture is more like a lotion, but a little still goes a long way. Some hair straightens better with protein and some hair doesn't like protein so much. My hair loves protein due to being damaged and while more silicone based products do work, my hair stays straight much longer with protein.

Is this product like a leave-in frizz reducer for curly hair conditioning item?

I have very curly, frizzy hair without this product. This product relaxes my my unruly hair, tames the frizzing and smells nice. I also use the super skinny balm for my dry ends. For me it leaves my hair looking healthy, kinda knocks out the curl and Kim lines of my hair. It tames the mane.

Is it ok to use on color treated hair?

Yes mine hear is colored and never have a problem. All Paul Mitchell's products are suppose to be good for colored hair. It's the only products I use.

My pump isn’t working! What should I do?

Did you twist it counterclockwise so it’s release lock? The top will pop up. If that doesn’t work pour it in another container with a working pump.
