At last a non pull harness that works!
I've tried all types of non pull harnes but none really worked well and no good if the walk is part off lead excersize.I have the figure of eight for walks that are lead only and need complete control as in a town and with three cocker spaniels these are brilliant! But I needed a harness for control and a bit more freedom, this fits the bill! I only ordered one to try out on the dog who pulled the most. It arrived this morning vie prime delivery and off we went! Perfect walk to the park and lovely running about walk then back on lead brilliant! Being a clever cocker spaniel he found he could scoop the lead into his mouth and guide me home! But didn't pull. I'm ordering two more now but smaller as the medium is shortened to the maximum for a good not too tight fit! I notice the s/m is more expensive so will order small for my dainty but naughty dog and try both sizes on my third dog! We were starting to avoid going on walks because of the pulling, this harness not gives us the pleasure of dog owning back,as my husbands has Parkinson's we can get out more together!

Instant results
So we have a 7month old Springer Spaniel who despite our best efforts pulled on her lead to the point I had a permanent muscle pain in my arm, we have tried a few harnesses and collars but never with any results. Our dog trainer recommended this product and we thought for the price it was worth a try. From the very first try our puppy immediately stopped pulling and walked nicely on a loose lead. Tiny adjustments has her waiting nicely or heading in the direction we want. At first we thought it was a fluke but 3 weeks on She is still walking beautifully to the point we have met other puppy owners who ask how we have managed to get her to walk so nicely. I rarely write reviews but this has really worked for us and the pain in my arm has gone. I am also waiting to bump into the person I passed while being dragged along by my 4 month springer who laughed and said I had another 12 - 14 years to look forward to of pulling!

Does what it says
This is a great harness and it certainly prevents pulling like magic. I bought a medium and it could do with being a bit smaller. It’s not as snug a fit as I think it should be but the sizing on the ‘small’ suggested it wouldn’t fit at all. I’dine To have been able to try it first.

they looked to be of excellent quality and I was excited to try them out ...
I bought these harnesses because my two fox terriers were hell bent on pulling my arms out of their sockets. The harnesses arrived promptly, they looked to be of excellent quality and I was excited to try them out on the terrier-ists. But this is where things started to get disappointing. In spite of my taking careful measurements and ordering what I thought would be the right size (based on the sizing chart), the medium size turned out to be far too big even at its smallest adjustment. Because I was really happy with the width and quality of the straps (I'd been worried that the harness straps would dig into my dogs' skin - which seemed to be the case in other customer reviews), I thought I'd simply send them back and reorder in a smaller size. Alas, that led me to my second disappointment - it seemed the smaller size wasn't available through this supplier. To cut a long story short, I ended up having to order the smaller size from another supplier online and gave these 'too big' harnesses to my sister in law for her cocker spaniels. However, when my new, smaller harnesses duly arrived, it was immediately apparent that going down a size means scaling down the width of the straps too and as a result, after about 6 walks, my two terriers now have horrible, sore scabs under their armpits due to the rubbing of the thinner, 'meaner' straps. This is soooo disappointing because as soon as my dogs went out wearing these harnesses, their lead-pulling magically stopped, but I'd rather put up with a bit of arm pulling, than justify my dogs having to suffer painful, open sores. So PetSafe - please, please, please, listen to your reviews and come up with a kinder design. Some kind of padding or felt under the straps and buckles would make all the difference. Til then, buyer beware!

Perfect, no more pulling!
Bought a medium sized harness for my 4 month old puppy who can't help herself when she's walking past a person or dog... and it works perfectly! With just her collar, my puppy couldn't care less if she's pulling infront of me and choking herself. After sticking the harness on her, and taking it out for a test spin, it didn't take long before my puppy decided to get up to her usual tricks. She pulled ahead when she seen the park - nope! - she was turned around and looking at me, all confused. After trying a couple more times, she figured out that she only ends up facing me. After walking for a couple of days, puppy walks perfectly by my side and not in front of me anymore. She also doesn't pull to get to other dogs, walking past them with just a look, sometimes a little pull so she's facing towards you again. Definitely recommend this!

Injured my two dogs.
After carefully measuring my two puggles (beagle x pugs) I bought 2 x small/ medium size Easywalk harnesses. Although they worked quite well, both my dogs had sores under their front legs (armpits) where it rubbed badly. This was on the first use during a one hour walk. I thought I had measured wrong so I ordered the next size up 2 x medium size. Once the wounds were healed on both dogs, I tried the new bigger easywalk harnesses. Both dogs slipped out of them during the first walk and I had to switch over to using their collars because even the bigger size rubbed them both raw again! Although a good idea and a good quality product, it injured both my dogs. Even a bigger size that obviously wasn’t too tight because both dogs slipped out, still rubbed them raw. I bought 4 altogether, £40 worth and none fit without injury. Can’t use them. My dogs are well exercised and not overweight so that is not the cause. Problem with the design.

Good quality and fit.
Nice harness. had to exchange large for medium, as my dog was on the cusp of the weight guide. However Medium size is a good fit.

HOLY MOLY - it's amazing!!!
I never wrote reviews - even if something is completely satisfactory - or great even. But this is brilliant!!!! Life changing! My springer spaniel has always been impossible on the lead and no amount of stppping, turning away, figure of 8 models, canny collars, Halties have helped. I tried everything going. I am getting another springer pup next week and the thought of two dragging me down the road filled me with dread. Yes, I could drive to a nearby field or beach but there's nothing quite the relaxed trot along a cycle path - or quick nip to the shop which I could never do with my 8 year old spaniel. I was recommended this product from a Facebook friend. The science seemed believeable, and not a too hefty price tag so took a chance. I thought I would try it for the worst possible situation. Just got in from work and the pooch was excitable. I needed to pick up milk - I know a 5 minute walk would not be enough but wanted to see if it worked at the worst time. BOY it did. No arm being yanked from socket, no blisters where he has Yanked the lead from my grasp, no being pulled over (yes it's happened) when stopping to pick up a poo! And no horrible sound of choking and gasping from my dog! I even got to see what this loose leash walking was about!!!! Highly recommend this and thank you - walking will now be much more pleasureable and will be buying another for the new dog!!!

I can finally walk my dog! Don't hesitate to buy!
I have a 29kg female pitbull, who until now, we haven't been able to walk. She injured her throat recently (and currently can't swallow solid foods) due to pulling so forcefully against her collar, so we bit the bullet as shes on strictly no collars for a few weeks, and bought this (after being reccomended the gentle leader) and I almost cried walking her on the first use, because she didn't pull once! We had tried other front D ring style harnesses before (DogFriendly Co) that havent worked, we've tried countless styles of head harnesses, slip leads, traditional harnesses, flat collars etc.. but this one is elite and actually works!
