Best product and find ever
I have a missing tooth next to my front teeth which due to bone density issues I cannot have an implant for - I have used this product for 3 years and it is the best find ever. It is easy to use and works perfectly if you do it properly.

Works well, blends in amazing
This stuff is fabulous. I have a wedding on Friday and recently my crown came out, I was pretty self conscious and this stuff has saved me feeling uncomfortable. Instructions are straight forward, it’s pretty easy to use. Great value for money, it sticks well into your missing tooth space, it clicks into the space really well and doesn’t feel loose at all. It’s pretty durable and can be softened & remoulded if it does become loose, there’s enough to do several teeth. It’s blended in so well with my teeth and isn’t actually noticeable at all

First of all I thought that this stuff was great. I had an interview to go to and wanted to cover the gaps I have each side of my mouth which are visible. It was easy to use, however when I had put the temp tooth in water to cool as instructed I could not get it back in my mouth. I had to go to my interview so I just tried again and this time let it set in my mouth. It looked great, all was good. When I got home they were starting to irritate me so I went to take them out and realised they were stuck fast. I tried rinsing my mouth with the hottest water I could stand but they wouldn't budge. In the end I called my dentist who had to drill them out. She warned me that the teeth each side could be damaged but much to my relief they weren't! Anyway all I would say is only use as instructed - cool the tooth in a glass of cold water before putting it back in your mouth, never let it set in your mouth or you too might face an expensive trip to your dentist.

Better for chipped teeth
Bit difficult to apply the first time but once you figure out the size its perfectly fine. Works better on chipped tooth (I have a small ish chip on my front tooth, only 1 bead needed), pretty strong even on my front tooth and easy enough to remove with brushing and mouthwash

Good as an extra
Alone is horrible and very obvious that is not a tooth. But if you buy a fake "crown" and use this to fix it, it works perfectly. Be careful because if you leave it until it gets cold it will be almost impossible to remove it. As well if you don't have much space it will be stack, even you can eat and it will not loose. The only problem is that easily get yellow (or any other colour of something that you eat usually (like turmeric). As well apparently is not "toxic" (of course is it but doesnt kill you) since I ate a big piece that wasnt attached properly and I had a little stomacache but not big deal.

It actually works, just be patient!
My dog knocked out one of my front incisors which was a crown, unfortunately he managed to snap it clean off which meant an immediate repair was virtually impossible, however with a family wedding and a holiday booked, going toothless until the dentist can put an implant in was absolutely not going to happen! I bought this out of desperation and am amazed I have been able to actually make a temporary tooth!!!! It takes some practice but if you fail the first time just keep putting it back in boiling water to melt and try again. I ended up using double the amount of beads (around 35) to make quite a large tooth, then moulded the excess around the back of the tooth onto the roof of my mouth, I found this gave it more stability as it is moulded to the back of the teeth either side of the gap. Tip 1... My teeth are pretty white but the tooth when set is ULTRA WHITE!! I used just under a third of a teaspoon of coffee granules in the boiling water to melt the beads, when it was setting, I did think I'd used too much as it looked to setting quite brown, however it didn't, it still set white but more of a match to natural teeth. Tip 2... Being plastic, once set you can trim/file into place, however if it then feels too rough, use a lighter (literally just run it over the surface for a millisecond) to just heat it enough to smooth the surface. Tip 3... Patience! You need be patient, take your time and don't rush, it will be worth it. Just to add, it does feel quite secure due to the excess at the back, if needed though I can always use a little fixative to hold it in place. I've included photos of before and after, sorry it's so graphic, blame the Cocker Spaniel! Hope this helps.

It works better than you think - it can even work TOO well
If you're doubtful whether this REALLY works - it works. It works probably better than you think. It can, depending on the case, even work TOO well. I bought this for a friend (a singer, no less) who wouldn't buy it himself after he suddenly lost a tooth, because he was sure it was some sort of cheapo stuff that would only make him look "pathetic"; but there was no proper (orthodontical) quick fix available, so it was either this - or going around with an unsightly gap in his mouth. MAKING AND TINTING IT The procedure is very simple (and well described in the instructions). Take a few grains, add some boiling water (preferably mixed with instant coffee), and almost instantly the grains will become transparent and easy to shape. As others have noted, after you have molded your tooth, it is better NOT to take it out and dip in cold water (to harden it) but simply put an ice cube into your mouth (or just apply the ice to the tooth). The only reason to avoid taking out after it's been molded, though, is just that you might damage the shape of the tooth when you pull it out while it's still soft and pliable. If you've used just water, however, you will be left with a brilliantly - unnaturally - white tooth. This is why it's best to add instant coffee to the boiling water you use to soften the granules. We've never experimented with tea, so I wouldn't know how well it works for tinting the tooth - not too well, judging by some reviews - but coffee definitely does darken the tooth into a natural shade. (My advice: use a metal container with a lid - like those used for instant coffee - because it will keep the heat much better, so the granules can be left in the boiling coffee solution long enough for them to get tinted but still remain pliable. If they don't, just repeat the procedure.) IF IT GETS DISCOLOURED (TOO DARK OR STAINED DUE TO FOOD, DRINKS, SMOKE, ETC.) You can bleach it. Ordinary household bleach (5 % chlorine) works very well. Just put the tooth into a tiny amount of bleach (enough to cover the tooth), leave it there for 15-20 minutes - or longer - and when it's lightened enough, rinse it well under running water. That's it. YOU CAN EAT WITH IT. YOU CAN CHEW GUM. It says on the package that the tooth produced will only serve for cosmetic - not functional - purposes: i.e. you can wear it to cover the gap, but you cannot eat with it. My friend was happy enough to settle for that - but it turned out you totally CAN eat with the tooth in place. If you've shaped the tooth well, you can eat ANYTHING - even chew gum - once it's in place and hardened. REMOVING THE TOOTH Normally, you just wiggle it, maybe use a fingernail to help dislodge it - and that's it. The next day, you just wiggle and press it back into the gap. BUT... A few weeks later, my friend had an expose-and-bond procedure, so he got a sort of bracket glued onto the adjacent tooth. He then softened the pre-made Creadent tooth and and inserted it over that bracket... To make a long story very short: removing the tooth in the evening became a nightmare, because the Creadent tooth had attached itself to the bracket. It took him more than an hour and a half - yes, more than 90 minutes - of softening the tooth in his mouth with the help of a cotton wad soaked in almost boiling water - and wiggling, and trying to detach it with sharp objects - to remove the tooth. (Luckily, the orthodontic bracket was strong, so no damage was done to it.) What he SHOULD have done (and is doing now) was to either leave the tooth in place OR just shape the back side of the tooth more loosely, without pressing, so that it doesn't attach to the bracket. (Note that this procedure will likely make you more aware of the tooth - because the back side of the tooth will be more voluminous, so you'll be feeling it with your tongue more than you would otherwise.) So: * yes, it does look like a natural tooth (once you've mastered the procedure) * yes, you can eat and drink with it (if it's well done) * yes, you can tint it (using coffee), so that it's indistinguishable from the rest of the teeth * yes, you can lighten it if it becomes stained or you just find it too dark All in all, I have to say it works better than even I (who, unlike my friend, thought all along it would be worth trying) expected it to. Furthermore, after being shown the Creadent tooth, the dentist who is now treating my friend refused to provide him with a sort of temporary, detachable prosthetic tooth - that costs in excess of 100 Euros - saying that this serves the purpose just as well "or better". (They are friends, so that may have something to do with it.) A final word of advice: it is really easy to form a naturally-looking tooth, but practice, practice, practice. (Because you can re-soften the tooth time and again, you won't be wasting any material.)
