Review: Comfrey ointment - pure and simple! - I was looking for a reasonably priced comfrey ointment as I'd sprained my ankle, and struggled to find a product in the shops. Searching revealed a lot of products that included a mix of ingredients, but I was looking for a fairly 'pure' ointment . I spotted this and thought I'd give it a try. I wasnt disappointed. Definitely seemed to help relieve my symptoms and once I'd started using this my ankle started to heal quite quickly. The texture is quite 'waxy' (beeswax is one of the carriers) and might not suit everyone, but a little goes a very long way. Reminded me of the comfrey ointment you used to be able to get years ago!!
Review: Amazing Stuff - Used this on a boil that had burst, helped it heal over in a matter of days. Also worked well on a burn on my wife's hand. The beeswax carrier takes a bit of getting used to but otherwise very easy to use.
