Really pleased with this Truflame fire. Gives out a good amount of heat and warms the room up quickly. Love the different flame effects and LED light options. Timer is really useful for cold winter mornings aswell!

Great looking fire looks good on the wall. Reason for 4 stars fire doesn't warm up my room has much has I thought it would.

I love this fire! It’s competitively priced compared with others. Love the led light combinations and also fire colours. Bought it as a focal point but turned the heat on the wow, it’s powerful! Warmed the room up in a matter of minutes. Really impressed and very happy with how it looks. Quick delivery and good communication from seller. Very easy to fit.

Love this fire x Even when it's off, it feels cost with all the different coloured backlighting. Love that you can choose log effect or modern pebbles. Both have a warm flicker that you can choose, even when the heat is turned off x Would recommend to get before you decorate, as there is wiring that needs to be sunk into the wall. Get a qualified electrician to install x Remember not to have anything like a shelf above the fire where the heat rises x

This fire is perfect in adding ambiance to your room. You can change the colour of not only the flames but also the background lights. Also it has 2 heat settings which warms up the room really quickly and even though you can hear the fan, it’s not really distracting. It is quite small but it’s perfect for my wall and I’m very happy I bought it.

I bought this because it was advertised as silent. When it arrived it was easy to assemble and install on my own and for the first week was totally silent when on flame only mode and looked lovely. After a week the motor driving the flame effect started to rattle so loudly that it could be heard even over the tv. Contacted the seller who was very helpful and admitted this sometimes happens and sent me a new motor with instructions how to fit. Had a go when it arrived but couldn't do it. Agreed with seller to arrange pick up for repair. This took a couple of weeks then waited over another 4 for its return. The motor on the replacement heater rattles just as loudly and is so annoying that I turn it off after a short while. Haven't gone back to seller again for a third try since I have now had 2 with noisy motors so don't expect a third to be any different although I have advised that the replacement is as noisy as the original but have not heard back. Very disappointed which is a shame as it was just what I was looking for. Perhaps I was just very unlucky. UPDATE 23 March 2015 Well, the noise on the second one did subside eventually to a more comfortable level although did occasionally give a rumble or two. However, a few days ago the flame effect decided to flicker on and off very badly making it unusable. I again contacted the seller who immediately agreed to send me a brand new unit and arrange collection of the old one. All credit to them this was all done in 6 days so great service this time around. I have had this for a couple of days now and so far so good, quiet and working ok! A case of third time lucky?
